Cancellation Refund Conditions
Dear customers, the orders you approve and place in our system are taken into production within 1 hour.
Based on this, you can call customer services within 1 hour to cancel the order; otherwise, since it is a special production made for you, order cancellation is not possible.
Return Conditions
Dear customer, you can return your products within 7 days after calling customer service and receiving the necessary information.
The orders you want to return must be sent to the address given to you with the product, invoice, product box, product packaging and all other materials, as sent to you, with the cargo company we have an agreement with. Any deterioration or similar loss of value in the product and the materials of the product due to reasons caused by the cargo company or the customer making the return during the return shipment belongs to the customer making the return transaction. In your return transaction without the approval of caddemia customer services; your return will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.
Items Damaged During Transport
In order to detect a damaged product during transportation, open it in the presence of the cargo officer who comes to your door and compare it with the invoice. Check if there is a mistake or damage; if you see a problem, indicate it in the report you will keep with the help of the cargo officer and deliver the product to the cargo officer. Otherwise, it will be accepted that you received the product without any problems and the return process will not be carried out.
In case of problems caused by the cargo or our company, your product will be replaced with a new one without paying any shipping fee.
What are the products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply?
Cancellation/return of products that are custom-made upon the buyer's request, or that have been made personalized by making changes or additions, is done in accordance with the seller agency practice.
